NAVIGATION SPECIALITY COURSE

Course Overview
Underwater navigation is a skill every diver needs. Diving is so much more enjoyable when we know where we are and how to get back to our entry point. This course concentrates on both compass and natural navigation, after this course there should be no excuse for getting lost again. This is your chance to gain independence and not have to be reliant on someone else to navigate for you (or get you lost).

During this course you familiarize yourself with the skills, knowledge, planning, organization, procedures, techniques, problems, hazards and enjoyment of underwater navigation. You learn: -

• Procedures and techniques for planning, organizing underwater navigation & problems and hazards associated.
• Methods of estimating distances underwater
• Natural navigation techniques
• How to use underwater patterns
• Dive site relocation techniques
• Proper compass navigation techniques

Course prerequisites
You must be 12 years of Age

• Three Treainng Dives
• Second Tank where needed
• Text Book
• PADI Navigation Diver Speciality Certification

Cancellation Policy.
Where there is less than 7 days notice before the booked event, there wills be no refund payable.

You are entitled to a full refund;

• If you cancel up to 7 days prior to commencement.
  
• The training pack is valued at $50 and to obtain a refund it must be returned in perfect condition.
  
• Once you start the course if you cancel, then there is no refund.
  

Transfer/Change of course commencement date
Up to 7 days prior to course commencement date - no penalty
With in 7 Days of course commencement date - $100 fee will apply
Once you have started your course, if you complete the course on different dates - $100 fee will apply
