Refund Policy

Courses:

Where there is less than 7 days notice before the booked event, there wills be no refund payable.

You are entitled to a full refund;

• If you cancel up to 7 days prior to commencement.
  
• If you have siged up for eLearning you will loose the cost of eLearning ($120US). For the traditional method the training pack is valued at $76 and to obtain a refund it must be returned in perfect condition.
  
• Once you start the course if you cancel, then there is no refund.
  
• Please note Dive medical are mandatory and should be completed at time of booking or no later than 7 days prior to course commencement date other wise failing of the medical will result in a cancellation fee.
  
• Please note
  Booking made within 7 days of commencement date are non-refundable. Failure to notify us 7 days prior to the starting date of a failed medical will result in a Cancellation fee of $100.
  

Transfer/Change of course commencement date
Up to 7 days prior to course commencement date - no penalty
With in 7 Days of course commencement date - $100 fee will apply
Once you have started your course, if you complete the course on different dates - $100 fee will apply

Please note the PADI stipulate that all training for the Open water course must be completed within 12 months of commencement.

Travel

Local Travel:
Where there is less than 7 days notice before the booked event , there will no refund payable.

Overseas Travel
A 20% Non-Refuderable Deposit must be paid at the time of booking. No refunds will be given within 45 days of the event. Travel insurance is highly recomended.

Product

This guarantee warrants that at any time during the first 30 days of purchase, your product fails to meet your expectations, that product may be exchanged.

If you need to return product to us for any reason, you will need to provide us with a copy of your sales receipt and the reason for return. A credit will not be issued but goods may be exchanged for a different style or size if necessary. Note that only goods which are in absolute new condition can be exchanged.

Note that we want you to be a customer for life so we will do everything in our power to assist you with any customer services issues, however please note the above.

Shipping Policy

We will deliver any where in Australia. We use a combination of Australia Post Express Post and couriers for all our deliveries. All parcels must be signed for, as a safety precaution, and will not be left at the front door. It is beter to supply a day time address. If not at home the courier service will attempt to make the delivery the following day.

Please allow 3 - 8 working days for delivery.

Deliveries can be arranged to any other country throughout the world but freight will be charged at the prevailing rate to that country and will be invoice to you on the first day of the course.

In the event that the training material is temporary 'out of stock' we will contact you immediately.
