Dive Instructor Job Placement Assistance Service.

We are committed to your ongoing success as a scuba diving instructor, and once your program is complete at either the Dive Masters or Instructor Development Course (IDC) level we will help you find employment in whichever area they are interested. Our unique job placement service is designed to help the candidate  take advantage of our many contacts around the diving world, and our resident team of Career development staff will spend a day with you to help you prepare for your new career.

• preparing and printing a professional resume
• identifying prospective employers
• sending the resume along with a photo and cover letter to prospective employers
• securing and arranging interviews, whether by phone or in person, with prospective employers

We are so confident in our Job Placement service that with all our Career Internship Programs, we guarantee who make use of this service will received an offer of employment within 60 days of graduation. We are so confident in our job placement service and in the industry demand for this level of training, that if for some reason this does not happen, we pledge to pay you $250 a week for up to four weeks to help bridge teh gap between training and employment.

To qualify for this exclusive Job Placement Pledge students must:

• Successfully complete an internship or our IDC
• Complete the courses consecutively
• Maintain a minimum score of 4.0
• Maintain an above average work ethic and attitude
• Put forth a good effort on all job interviews
• Meet work permit/ visa stipulations and be willing to work worldwide
• Complete all job placement paperwork within seven days of starting the Job Placement Service

If you are just doing an individual PADI Career level Course with us, we will still assist you to help look for work as part of your program. For more details, please discuss this with your Staff Instructor or Course Director during your program.
