The Thermalution 70m Compact Dive Series is a power-heated thermal vest that can be worn under a scuba diving wetsuit. It's powered by two 7.4 volt 2.2 Ah lithium polymer batteries and heats up in under a minute to keep you warm and comfortable underwater for up to 2 hours.
Includes: Power-heated vest, 2 batteries, charger and controller.
The Thermalution 70m Compact Dive Series is a battery-powered thermal vest that transforms your ordinary diving wetsuit into a comfortable heated wetsuit. Worn like a thermal garment under a wetsuit and powered by two lithium polymer batteries it has 3 temperature level settings that can be adjusted by the simple push of a button.
Thermalution 70m Compact Dive Series features:
When it comes to scuba diving an appropriate wetsuit or drysuit can keep you reasonably warm underwater. Combine this with a Thermulation power-heated undergarment and you will experience a new way to enjoy diving. Utilising non-metallic heating wires, Far Infrared Ray (FIR) technology and durable, water repellent thermal fleece, this innovative active heating solution will not only keep you warm underwater but also:
Thermalution utilises some of the most advanced functional fabric, up-to-date design and Thermalution's own ThermalTek® non-metallic heating wire technology that generates heat and warms up the blood using Far Infrared light.
ThermalTek® is a non-metallic, state-of-the-art heating fibre. It possesses high heat transfer efficiency, low energy consumption and generates Far Infrared (FIR) light which is beneficial to the human body while only emitting low Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
ThermalTek® has the following features:
Thermalution uses Far Infrared light which doesn't just heat your skin like many other products. Thermalution actually heats deep within your core, giving you improved blood circulation, enhanced cell and tissue regeneration, pain relief and comfort to the entire body. You will be amazed at how much more comfortable you will feel even at the lowest of three heat settings. Once you dive in a Thermalution you won't ever want to venture into the water without one!
Far Infrared (FIR) light is a spectrum of natural light with a wavelength of 4 – 1000 microns. It is invisible to the human eye. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) pointed out that FIR with wavelength between 6 – 14 microns is capable of penetrating deep into the human body where they gently elevate the body temperature by resonance. It can accelerate metabolism, improve circulation and provide warmth.
Testing of Thermalution products demonstrate that they generate the desired therapeutic FIR with wavelength of between 6 - 14 microns.
Thermalution power heated modules are tested and certified to CE, TUV, UL and IP waterproof standards.

"The coolest thing to keep you warm!!!"
Carl Fallon on 29/7/2015 4:33:08 PM
Comments: WARM, WARM, and WARMER! These things are bloody fantastic! I was told how good these where by other staff and customers at the dive centre, but when i dived with it the first time it was even better then they has said it would be. It warmed me up for an entire 70min dives in water that was about 14 degree. I had little swimming on the dive so spent most of the time stationary and i was not cold at the end. When i got out of the water i left it on and it was TOASTY warm. Recommend 150%!!!!
"A GAME CHANGER!"

Comments: For a temperate waters diver like myself pleasure of diving and exploring the abyss can be often reduced by the feeling of unpleasant pain caused by the cold, especially in winter. But thanks to Thermalution this is no longer a problem! I just tested it out whilst diving cuttlefish migration in Whyalla, SA, water temp 12C, bottom time 65 minutes in a 5mm wetsuit and Thermalution 70m Compact - I was nice and toasty warm the entire dive (and after getting out of the water)! Hot tip – I suggest to ... More details
"Possible alternative solution to wearing dry suit or semi-dry"
Neil Chapman on 25/4/2015 5:15:34 PM
Comments: I brought this to keep myself warm for winter diving in Queensland and Northern NSW waters. I still can't justify the cost of a dry suit and the additional lead I must carry. I tried it in the Gold Coast Seaway (April). The water temperature was 24 degree which is still reasonably warm but I'm thin guy and I feel the cold. I had it underneath a 3 mm and it kept me comfortable for a 70 min dive. The weight of the two batteries is unnoticeable under a wetsuit. However you must put some thought int... More details
"Less weight super warm"

Comments: I am now diving I a 3mm suit and in the past I wore a 7 mm. So comfortable and warm with this under my 3 mm. Loving it
"Thermalution Heated Vest"
Jamie Miller on 24/3/2015 10:59:56 PM
Comments: The Thermalution heated undersuit is one of the best diving products I have ever owned. It provides that extra warmth required on longer and/or cooler dives. It also allows me to wear a thinner wetsuit (as it provides the additional warmth) which means I can dive with less weight. At the moment (March in Sydney) I can dive in a 3mm Probe dive suit with no additional weight. Brilliant!

Comments: It's so great being able to wear a 3mm wetsuit in Sydney with one of these. I am so warm, carry hardly any weights, and in a 3mm I have so much more flexibility - It's like diving in tropical waters! Don't think I'll ever be going back to a 7mm wetsuit again.
