The F10 freediving watch is more than just a watch, it is a fully featured freedive computer which is ideally suited for advanced snorkelling, freediving and spearfishing. This freediving watch maximises safety by enabling the freediver to monitor their depth, time and surface recovery. The freediver can personally define alarms for all key factors thus minimising the risk of shallow water blackout.

Freedive Training using the F10Freedive training can be broken up into 3 main areas each of these areas have their
own unique requirements and the Aeris F10 has features which can be used to
make these training sessions both easier and more effective.
1. Static Pool Freedive training
Static training aside from being used for that specific discipline also
helps the other disciplines of Constant weight and Dynamic. Training the
body to get used to both NOT breathing and also the build up of CO2 and the
depletion of O2
The F10 has features such as:

Are all useful during this type of training. As follows

- monitoring your recovery time and surface interval time

2. Dynamic Freedive Training
Dynamic training outside of the obvious benefit for your dynamic
performances is also used to improve technique and breath hold under load
which is vital also in Constant weight diving.
Training techniques such as:
- O2 dynamic tables
- 2min 50m turn arounds
- CO2 Dynamic tables
All very useful training tools and the F10 allows for accurate timing of
all of these, without it these training routines would e nearly impossible.
Countdown timer is used to great effect during 2min turn arounds and O2
tables, while the chronograph is used to great effect for Co2 tables etc.
Obviously in pools deep enough to allow the dive mode to be activated the
dive log can log your dynamic dive times, temperature and average depth for
reference in later training
(making sure you keep a steady depth, and efficient speed of around 1m/s for
dynamic with fin)
3. Depth Freedivig Training
For the majority of freedivers this is why we dive.. to go deeper and stay
down longer and thankfully this is where the F10 SHINES.
