Avelo Dive System • One-day Sydney course
Experience a lighter, more stable approach to scuba diving. Learn how the Avelo Dive System works, then use it on two guided shore dives to discover how reduced weight and fewer buoyancy adjustments can change the way a dive feels.
A different underwater experience
Traditional scuba systems require divers to compensate repeatedly for changes in cylinder buoyancy throughout a dive. Avelo is designed to reduce those adjustments, helping you maintain a more consistent underwater position with less effort.
The lighter Hydrotank also reduces the weight you carry during entries and exits. The result is an opportunity to focus less on equipment management and more on trim, breathing and the environment around you.
The Avelo difference
Learn how the design affects weight, buoyancy and efficiency, then decide for yourself how it changes your diving.
Experience a system designed to maintain more consistent buoyancy as the gas in your cylinder is used.
The Hydrotank is approximately 12 lb or 5.4 kg lighter than a traditional cylinder setup, making shore entries and exits more comfortable.
Some divers may use less gas as their trim and effort improve. Savings of up to 30% are possible, but individual results vary with experience, conditions and breathing.
