How do I book a trip?
You can book directly through our Travel Hub or in-store. A deposit secures your spot, with the balance due closer to departure. Full details, payment options, and confirmation are emailed to you after booking.
What’s included in the trip price?
Most packages include accommodation, scheduled dives (with tanks & weights), and transfers at the destination. Some trips include meals. Flights are usually not included unless stated. Gear hire is available if you don’t bring your own.
Do I need to be an experienced diver?
We run trips for all levels — from newly certified divers to advanced wreck and expedition dives. Each trip card shows the required certification level. Non-diving partners are welcome on certain trips where alternative activities are offered.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If conditions make diving unsafe, we’ll reschedule, move to an alternative site, or offer other suitable options. You’ll never be asked to dive in unsafe conditions.
Do I need travel or dive insurance?
Yes — we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. This should cover cancellations, overseas medical care, lost luggage, and diving activities. We also advise dive accident insurance (e.g. DAN or DiveAssure) for peace of mind.
Who handles overseas travel bookings?
All international travel arrangements are managed by our partner Dive Adventures, an IATA-registered travel agency (License No. 02341824). This ensures your overseas flights and packages are booked legally and securely through a licensed travel agent.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by trip. In general, deposits are non-refundable. Refunds or credits may be available if cancellation is made within the stated timeframe. We recommend insurance to cover unexpected changes. Full details are provided during booking.
