Sample Itinerary

| Day 1 – Sat 18 Sept | Depart Sydney for Hoskins (via Port Moresby) with Air Niugini. Meet local staff on arrival and transfer to MV FeBrina. Boat briefing and gear set-up. Check dive in Kimbe Bay if time and conditions permit. |
| Days 2–3 | Dive Kimbe Bay: sea mounts, walls and coral gardens covered in giant soft corals and sponges, with schools of barracuda, jacks and reef fish. Night dive and macro opportunities. |
| Days 4–5 | Steam to the Witu Islands. Volcanic sea mounts, black-sand bays and rich macro life – ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, shrimps and crabs. Expect schooling fish, turtles and possible pelagic encounters in the blue. |
| Days 6–7 | Offshore at Fathers Reefs. Dramatic drop-offs, arches and swim-throughs with strong currents bringing in sharks, rays and big schools of tuna and barracuda. Depending on conditions, the itinerary may also include Rabaul wrecks and jetty dives with superb macro subjects. |
| Day 8 – Sat 25 Sept | Morning in port. Disembark MV FeBrina and transfer to Hoskins airport for your return flights via Port Moresby to Sydney. |

The Boat — MV FeBrina
MV FeBrina is a classic 73-foot PNG liveaboard built for serious divers and photographers who want a complete Papua New Guinea experience in comfort and safety.
She is a traditional, very stable and extremely seaworthy motor vessel with a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Guest cabins are a mix of small singles, large singles, twin-share cabins and a double cabin in the bow, all with ensuite bathrooms and individually controlled air-conditioning. Cabins are located below deck and accessed via ladder-style stairs, so a reasonable level of mobility is required.
