About Jordan

Jordan Lewis is one of the passionate instructors at Abyss Scuba Diving in Sydney. His calm teaching style, love of marine life and interest in underwater photography make him a helpful guide for both new divers and experienced divers who want to get more from local Sydney diving.

Originally from Newcastle, Jordan grew up snorkelling, swimming and exploring the NSW coastline from Port Stephens to the north coast. A first dive as a teenager in Indonesia sparked his long-term connection with the ocean.

The best part of teaching is helping someone realise there is a whole new world waiting underwater.

Whether he is helping a nervous beginner or guiding a certified diver through a new local experience, Jordan’s goal is to make diving feel safe, rewarding and memorable.
