Abyss Scuba Diving is Sydney’s premier scuba diving centre, offering PADI training, dive travel, daily trips, and expert gear advice since 2000. Based in Ramsgate, NSW, Abyss is known for its safety-first philosophy, small group training, and vibrant dive community.

Our Story

Founded by Peter Letts, a veteran PADI Course Director, Abyss has grown from a modest dive shop into a multi-award-winning operation with international recognition. With the support of Rachael Fallon and a passionate team, Abyss is a trusted name in diver education and ocean exploration.

Our Location

Located at 278 Rocky Point Road, Ramsgate NSW, Abyss Scuba Diving is just minutes from Sydney’s best dive sites like Bare Island, Oak Park, and Magic Point. With our custom-built dive boat, we access deeper reefs, shark dives, and offshore islands.
