On completion of this course you will be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver. This PADI scuba certification is internationally recognised and you will be able to dive anywhere in the world.
Abyss Scuba Diving offers 3 different choices for your PADI Open Water Course so there is a choice to meet your needs.

1. A Private Dive Course.
This course is designed to be tailored to meet your needs. You can choose to do the theory using eLearning or using a manual combined with traditional class room training. The in water training will take 2 days but you choose the days that best meet your need. You will be trained by one of our PADI master scuba trainers who will be dedicated to you. You can choose if it is only you in the class or you and a group of friends. This approach is reflect for anyone who sees diving as a life long passion.

2. PADI Open Water Lessons.
With a maximum of 4 students to each of our instructors you will gain confidence and experience unmatched by any other scuba dive school. With this approach, your instructor can more easily target specific areas that you need attention to, rather than wasting your time while they concentrate on other students. As a result you will get more time having fun scuba diving and finish the course a much better diver. This lets you complete your learn how to dive course with only 2 days of in-water training. The PADI Open Water lessons gives you a large choice of course dates with a new course starting every Monday ,Wednesday and Saturday.

3. Budget PADI Lessons.
This is a PADI Open Water Diver Course designed to meet the needs of the budget conscious without having to resort to one of the minor certification agencies. The course runs Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. The course is run with one PADI open water instructor for each group of 8 students, in line with most other dive centres around Sydney. At $149 this is one of the least expensive dive course in Sydney but unlike most of the other budget course you still get a PADI Open Water Certification rather than one of the minor agency certifications. For this reason your certification will be truly internationally recognised.
