Martin Island - Seals

Normally there are between 20- 80 seals on the island and in the water around the island. The seals are wild animals and as such we cannot guarantee their presence or their interaction with the divers. Arrive at Abyss Dive Centre in Ramsgate no later than 2 hours before the departure time to collecting your gear. Departing from Foreshore road, Port Kembla the boat will adher strictly to the scheduled time, so please do not be late. Get ready for some fun and don't forget your camera. Transport to Port Kembla is not included in this trip and is your responsibility to organize and you are responsible for the collection and return of your rental equipment.

Oak Park- Shore Dive

This is a double dive with the location of the site at Jibbon Street Cronulla. Oak Park is a relatively shallow dive (max 11m) but the site is massive with a large range of marine life, from cuttlefish through to schools of Old Wives. Whether you are just starting out or an experienced diver, it is a great site for everyone.

Ship Rock & Oak Park - Shore Dive

Located on Ship Rock Road, it wont take long to see how this site got its name. The only way to dive it, is high tide. Dropping over the wall, takes you into another world, full of pineapple fish, angler fish, decorator crabs (if you can spot them), cuttlefish and much more.
Do not forget to join us after the dive at the shop for our Beer and Pizza session from 3pm to 5pm

Possibly one of the most popular dive spots in Sydney, found in the national park, Voodoo is famous for its pumping surf break above the water and its beautiful swim through Arch beneath the water. With schools of fish, giant cuttlefish and eagle rays swimming about, who wouldnt want to dive in this slice of heaven. This double boat dive is sure to inspire as you swim amongst the boulders, look out for the cave in the chance to spot the ever elusive Grey Nurse Shark. Join a school of yellow tails and maintain your buoyancy so you dont accidently surprise any wobbegongs. If conditions make the planned site unsuitable, then another site will be selected for the dive.The boat will Depart at the scheduled time from Sans souci public Fishing wharf off River side drive. This location is easy to get to by public transport or you can drive yourself. Please be at Abyss Scuba Diving one hore prior to departure tiem to collect any gear you need

Leap to Steps - Shore Dive

This site is one of our favourites and is usually conducted as a drift dive with the incoming tide. Step off the rocks into the big blue and let your self be taken along the wall, looking for weedy seadragons, rays and Pj’s. Its always good to get to the site early to get set up and then park your car at the exit point. The second dive will be held at The Steps.

Tugerah - 46m Tec

The tugarah sits in 45m of the Royal National Park on Sydney's south. It always has a lot of fish life. You need to be tec certified with a redundant air source for this one. It is NOT DM led. All divers need to be experienced in tec diving. The boat will depart from Tonkin street Cronulla. Just behind the cronulla train station
